SHIPPING POLICY

As our Jewellery pieces are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be made and your parcel to be dispatched. You will receive an email notification, confirming when your order has been shipped, with your tracking number.

Australia Wide: $9.70 - Australia Post Tracked Parcel

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. When checking out, PLEASE ENSURE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT, SECURE AND REACHABLE.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information
  • There may be delayed due to COVID-19

If your parcel gets lost in transit, please email us @insiinque@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist you, however, once the package has been posted, we are not responsible nor do we refund, lost packages. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to your Insinque piece being made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or change of mind refunds. 

If your jewellery piece breaks or becomes damaged, please email us and we can arrange it to be fixed / remade at a small fee.

However if the piece arrived at the buyer damaged/ broken (photo proof of this is required within 1 day of the piece arriving), please contact us via our email @insiinque@gmail.com and we will resolve this issue with you.
